Two weeks counting down

I was just reminded today to keep up with the blog so others could be in touch with our preparations to go to Benin.
It's amazing the number of people who when they find out we are going to Benin, have contacts there.  It is kind of a small world.   Although admittedly, most people do not know where Benin is.  They can't even guess what continent it is on!  Thankfully our God knows every single person there and desires to have a relationship with each one of them!!
We've been praying that we will stay healthy before we go.  There has been so much illness all around us.  We don't want to bring our cold and flu bugs over to Benin or on the ship for that matter.
We are excited about going and the opportunities that will present themselves there.  Every day we pray that we will be prepared for what God has in store for us.
Our lives have been so hectic, it feels like we haven't had much time to think about Benin.   Hope the next two weeks slow down abit for us......
